Whether you're learning online, in-person, or through a blended model, our programs are designed to be interactive, self-directed, and supported by expert facilitators. You’ll have access to course materials, assignments, and progress tracking via our Learner Portal, which works on desktop and mobile for anytime, anywhere access.

Support is available via email, phone, and live chat through the Learner Portal. Our dedicated support team responds to all queries within one business day and resolves most within two business days. We also offer academic mentoring, wellbeing referrals, and digital literacy assistance as needed.

Refunds are managed in accordance with our Learner Refund Policy, which is outlined during enrolment. If you need to withdraw, please contact support@certitude.edu.au as soon as possible. We’ll guide you through the process and assess eligibility based on timing and course access status.

Your progress is tracked through our Student Management System. Facilitators monitor attendance, assessment submissions, and engagement. If concerns arise, we’ll initiate support interventions such as reminder emails, mentoring, or catch-up plans. For enterprise clients, we provide regular progress reports.

Yes. Upon successful completion of your course and assessments, you’ll receive a Certificate and a digital credential.  This could be either a Qualification, Statement of Attainment, Industry Certification or Certificate.

 These are issued directly through the Learner Portal and can be downloaded or printed as needed.
